What is Spritz ?
The Spritz is a wine-based cocktail commonly served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy. The drink is prepared with prosecco wine and a dash of some bitter liqueur (Aperol is preferable). The glass is then topped off with splash of sparkling mineral water.
