Last Wednesday hundred of people gathered at Bibliothèque Historique de la Ville de Paris for the pre-opening of YIA Art Fair and the Parisian launching of the Tel Aviv based Cohen & Schwartz Gallery. French artist Benjamin Mecz was selected by YIA off site curator Isabelle Chatout and Marais Culture + to present his installation KNULP, inspired by Herman Hesse’s novel. The performance lasted 6 days where over 2000 visitors participated in creating this interactive artwork.
