Last sunday, Chef Inaki of Le Chateaubriand took the chance of hosting a Fooding souper to invite  2 of the most successful chef from Mexico: Jair Tellez and Benito Molina.
A nice occasion to discover Mexican new wave food, drinking a  Sol (the popular Mexican Beer recommended by the chefs…) and listening to an authentic mariachi band.
Cool tacos and fresh beers for A pre-summer Mexican sunday in Paris…
