We Love Green
Flowers in the hair. Grass is in the air. Music everywhere. Sounds like I’m talking about a happy-hippy-eco-friendly cult here, right?
Well, pretty much actually, if you consider We Love Green as the annual celebration of summer ending and the festival goers as very stylish followers…
For 3 days and nights, we joyfully wandered in the beautiful venue that is Bagatelle among the many greenlicious stalls, including l’Epicerie Generale, la Guinguette d’Angèle, Pantheone flower-crowns bar, Faustine Durand crochet workshop or Infusion ice tisane tipi.
And though we were not as excited as last year by the line up (hum, Metronomy and Pete Doherty on the same day, please…), the 2012 edition had something for everyone! With Django Django for the fun and James Blake for the fling on Day 1, Camille for the freaks and Beirut for the folk on Day 2, Cody ChestnuTT for the flow and C2C for the final frenziness on Day 3, unlike Kermit the Frog, it was easy bein’ green.
