Located in the heart of the hotel, La Planche restyles the classic board with a selection of the best European cheese and “charcuterie.On the menu, truffled Brillat-savarin, 13 months aged Comté, from La Ferme d’Alexandre. On the charcuterie side Les Boucheries Nivarnaises offers an 18 month San Daniele, chorizo Bellota and much more.
