Located rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau in the near of Les Halles, the newly opened Anglo-style steakhouse with a very evocative name “The Beef Club” (by a team who used to be at the Curio Parlor in completely same composition from Sylvain the bouncer to Clemence the manager) gives its take on high-brow burgers. With a white-tiled chic restaurant inclusive whiskey bar upstairs and the Ballroom featuring lavish cocktails and selector Djs in the underground, this place is perfect for meet and meat.

With their latest venture the Experimental Cocktail Club-guys brought their usual bourgeois/trendsetting/international crowd to the first Parisian dancing steakhouse. You can choose between 8 variations of steak and a beef burger, which are served accompanied by side-dishes such as creamed spinach, macaroni&cheese, fried mushrooms or fabulous fries cooked in duck fat. Don’t forget their fabulous cheesecake for the dessert!

This inspired farm-to-table ethic attracts is adapted for late night bites (the restaurant is opened till 2 am, sometimes even longer), here you can often meet style hounds, foodies or couples on a date, sitting on vintage fabric sofas and soaking in the “New York-meets-London” retro-futuristic atmosphere.

In this ambiance of hipness only one question is crucial: the Ballroom – gonna juice on the dancefloor before or after the Beef?
