A fun session of pregaming at 55DSL basement on rue Montmarte for a short drink, with Singha beers and fat sofas, before the big night at the Social Club. Once again, Diesel made it happen and organised a cool booze4fashion meeting. Thanx to DJ Manaré for the revving up.

Hey bikers, two D’s are better than one: that’s Diesel and Ducati, two Italian brands. The famous jeans brand partnered with Ducati motorcycles in 2011. To make the union official, there was a big fête. Surrounded by hot wheels and cool clothes, Paris’s bloggers, journalists and media free riders celebrated with mini-burgers and champagne downstairs at Diesel’s Place de la Victoire shop. It was a great time to score a new pair of jeans and picture yourself on a Ducati with a little biker attitude.

Diesel Marais Flagship Opening

Diesel took the opportunity of Paris Fashion Week to open their new Paris flagship. The opening was orchestrated by La Clique (the guys behind le Baron, la Fidelité, etc…) and as expected for this kind of fashion week event, the usual trendy Parisian crowd mixed with international hotties  and Italian-speaking fashionistas.

It’s the week during the summer when the brands get excited and do a lot of sponsored events (I mean sponsored beaches and open bars).  Last Thursday, while it was raining and we were still in Paris, we were invited to the basement of the Diesel offices for a special Calvi on The Rocks festival pre-party. It was the opportunity to start doing my research for my next summer love, have a preview of the cocktails of the Diesel beach in Calvi, and enjoy some Singha beer. I’m already getting excited for the festival!
