Four months after a more-than-satisfying experience with The Fat Radish, the girls of the Sporting Project are doing it again: another in a series of pop-up eateries from the top restaurants in NYC, again at Bobs Kitchen, and again during fashion week January 16-20, 2013. This time, it’s the turn of  Hudson Clearwater, imported directly from NYC’s West Village.

Chef Wes Long will be serving up a 4 course tasting menu for guests while head bartenders Jonathan and Nick create signature cocktails for the pop-up. The dinner series will be held at Bob’s Kitchen, 74 rue des Gravilliers in the Marais.

Guests can reserve either the 7:30pm or 10pm seating. Cocktails and small plates will be served until 2am, and though a small portion of the restaurant will be reserved for walk-ins only, reservations are a must to secure a table.

We’ve heard talk of some special musical guests from NYC–we can’t really say more about that, but for now we can be certain about the loads of American fashionistas and the quality of the food.
