The second episode of this season is an insane spaghetti western that will delight gastrophiles. The pitch? In the fight against the rampant threat of Triads, two clans have decided to join forces. An improbable marriage between Don Salvatore Rotiroti, Le Fooding Guide’s 2014 best pizzaiole, the boss of Il Brigante… And Sardinian chef Simone Tondo, the godfather of Roseval (winner of Le Fooding Guide’s 2013 best restaurant award). Up against a wall, our two maestros will have to outdo themselves to develop a four-handed pizzanomic menu. Italian accents and shots fired in the kitchen guaranteed!
