Pressing-Pressing is a nomadic concept, which pitchs its tent in Paris coolest places.  It started to press its panini during the Brunch Bazar at the Wanderlust in October 2012 and then dropped at Frenchie, Silencio or The Beef Club…Each camp only lasts two days, so pressez-vous*.

Last week, Pressing-pressing was to caught at Septime La Cave. For the occasion, Septime’s Chef, Bertrand Grébaut created  an  original panini, the “Beber” made of white toasted bread, stuffed with red wine’s candied beef cheeks, mousseline of caramelized onions, cheddar and carott pickles. Find a good mate for Beber- for example the sparkling rosé of Hervé Villemade from Septime La Cave and enjoy your very first French panini.
