The first weekend of August typically marks the mass exodus of Parisians fleeing south to work on their tans, acquire a few summer fling STD’s and indulge in copious amounts of rosé,  this however, was not the case for the Pigalle crew.  Saturday marked the 5th annual Pigalle 3×3 tournament, hosted in their own backyard ( on the Pigalle/Duperré outdoor court).  The tournament raged on throughout the day not taking much notice of the heat… although my pale ass did, and I could have opted for kiddy-pool-esk seating.  As to be expected, hip-hop blared throughout the court, Nike was in full representation and everyone from midgets… I mean little kids, to the elderly were draped in Pigalle.
