Mercedes is taking over the former location of the  restaurant Asian on rue Georges V for a pop-up cocktail bar/restaurant, located just below their pop-up store at the same address. For two weeks, from March 24 to April 5th, Adrien & Anthony Maselli (le Fourbi) have enlisted Guillaume Leblanc & Javier Alejandro Sham Lourenço for special signature cocktails, Jean-François Piège for tapas, and a couple of DJs for the music. The space will have a NYC loft vibe and also a restaurant run by chef Jean-Francois Piège for those who are too afraid to cross the Seine to go to his two Michelin-starred Left Bank restaurant at 79 rue Saint Dominique. The perfect spot to talk about cars and sip cocktails before hooking up with a West-Parisian girl wearing Louboutins…
