Le Baron crew just announced their artistic take over of one of our favorite places in town: La Pérouse.
Located on the docks of the left bank, La Pérouse is a mythical mansion from the 18th century that used to be an intellectual hotspot (Victor Hugo and Maupassant, among others, used to hang out here).
In more recent history, this slightly overpriced restaurant (with private dining room) /cocktail club had a random life unworthy of such an amazing setting.
So Le Baron team took on the huge responsibility of doing it the right way.
The plan: a Gentlemen’s club-style piano bar, DJ sets and absinth cocktails…
It might finally be the place on the left bank for a pre-drinking party before the Montana, Castel or Don K,
A lot of expectations, so let’s hope for the best!
