Last wednesday night, on the 2nd day of Paris Fashion Week, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac took of control Paris mythical Book Shop La Hune on the occasion of his signature of “Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Fashion, Art & Rock ’n’ Roll”! He offers a new color full vision and full of his souvenirs of the Saint germain des prées bookshop.
In the book, JCDC mixes intimate or fly off pictures and shots by photography genius Robert Mapplethorpe, Guy Bourdin, Helmut Newton, Cindy Sherman, Peter Lindbergh… which all one day immortalized his work.
The French designer unveiled as well “Iceberg Icons,” a women’s wear capsule line for the Italian label on Wednesday, the second day of Paris Fashion Week. JCDC was Iceberg’s first creative director, from 1976 to 1987.
