Charlie Brown and his beagle Snoopy were part of the childhood of most of us and Rouge 58 celebrated it by featuring unique color keys drawn by the animation designer Dean Spille. They were used as a color reference for the cartoon production, and Spille found that using transparent watercolor helped him be in tune with Charles M. Schulz’s original drawings.
In a friendly and sunny atmosphere, an international crowd celebrated the opening. Be sure to come and see this exhibition, and why not, acquire one of the color keys. This would indeed be a perfect way to start his own art collection.
