caillebotte restaurant paris

Le Pantruche, in Pigalle, has garnered quite a reputation
And I could happily say without hesitation
It’s the best bistro in the city
But more is the pity
‘Cause you can never get a darn reservation

No need to despair, you’re in for a treat
I’ve discovered a new favourite place to eat
Just to amuse your bouche
The team from Pantruche
Have opened another little bistro down the street!

This joint’s fast becoming the hippest new spot to dine
With its marble counters, open kitchen and Scandinavian design
The waiters are friendly
The patrons, super trendy
Oh, and did I mention, the food is totes divine?

Try the chef’s surprise menu, or go à la carte
(Just make sure you order the seared foie gras to start)
It’s no wonder they named this spot
After French painter Caillebotte
Because these dishes are truly works of art

I implore you to go there, if you get the chance
Perhaps next Friday, for a night of romance…
You’d definitely be onto a winner
If you took your Valentine here for dinner
Just make sure you book the table in advance!
