As they’ve done now for 2 fashion weeks in a row, Tara Gilson and Jenny Capano, the girls of the Sporting Project, are making a splash at fashion week.

This time, they’re celebrating the launch of their new cold press juice bar opening in March. The girls have teamed up with Marc Grossman of Bob’s Kitchen to create Bob’s Cold Press (BCP), and they are planning a pop-up during Women’s Fashion Week in the newly-opened Mary Celeste, the first cool Parisian oyster bar opened by the guys of Candelaria.

The bottled BCP juices are produced using massive hydraulic pressure at low temperatures to make fresh juice (i.e., non-pasteurized juice) that is more nutritious and keeps longer than others. It’s supposed to eliminate toxins and satisfy the needs of any active fashionista, so if you want to cleanse your body of all the booze you drank during FW parties, this is the place to go !

Mary Celeste, 1 Rue Commines, 75003.

From Wednesday, February 27th to Wednesday, March 6th, 9 AM – 3 PM, BOB’S COLD PRESS JUICE and smoothies will be served.
