After a first edition hosted by Dita Von Teese at l’Hotel Particulier Montmartre and a stop in London, le Cointreau Privé is coming back to Paris. The hundred-year-old orange liquor brand–a friend of wise barmen and a key ingredient in cocktails including Cosmopolitans or Mojitos–will set up a pop up cocktail bar in the heart of le Triangle d’Or. Hosted by up-and-coming French fashion designer Alexis Mabille, for 2 months beginning Feb 28 the place will be a revival of the 1920s Parisian craziness and lavishness. The program will be more than just classy girls and fancy drinks–we’ve already heard about bowtie parties, premium memberships, and a fashion week aftershow on March 4. If you want to have a sip of an absynthe-Cointreau based cocktail or the Alexis Mabille Signature drink, entrance will only be possible for members, so head to www.cointreauprive.fr to avoid being left out.
