Last week, the Ritz Terrasse was full of chicly dressed 20-somethings to celebrate issue no. 5 of the culture and travel focused I Heart Magazine.  The issue was dedicated to the French Riviera, so to keep the theme, guests sipped (or chugged) glasses of champagne and a sparkling wine and peach cocktail called Ice Tropez.  It was a perfect event to start off the evening.
