90 years after their opening, the Crus de Bourgognes decided to open their little sister “Le Comptoir Chardonnay”, their buvette version. Les Crus de Bourgognes have been serious about food and tradition since 1932 and for the first time decided to revamp one of the most traditional burgundy dishes: the beef bourguignon. Who else than Hirmane aka the Dwichtorialist, the Parisian street food king, to collaborate with and to put the beef bourguignon in a bun?! Hurray to The #PulledGuignon that will be available starting January 24th for a limited period at “Le Comptoir Chardonnay”. The release party will be hosted by the New York collective Flan
