Royal Monceau : Bar Long

The  Royal Monceau hotel – after a very media-related destruction party in 2008 – offers itself a revival managed  by the trendy designer  Philippe Starck, who once again proposes an immediately luxurious laboratory of curiosities, design, artsy and trendy… In the menu, we notice a beautiful choice of liqueurs and other alcohols. UPDATE: In my last visit the service was very rude, I think there are much better places to go to dinner and to sleep in Paris  

The bar at Mama Shelter is certainly off-centered but it is worth seeing for the size and the design of its dining room, its black ceiling in chic chalk graffiti (graffiti à la craie), and its square bar, around which you can drink the famous Gin Bramble, the long drink with crushed red berries.
