Last year if you were at le Carmen until it closed, you could hear shouts of « Let’s go to l’Embuscade! Who’s for l’Embuscade? » Once there, you could see a family-run rum bar, with a TV broadcasting RFO, a child sleeping on the sofa, and some drinks served with strange twists–like octopus-infused rum, or turtle penis rum.
